I think Weather Nation is on the “sub channels” of regular local stations—for example I think it’s on 7.2 of Ch 7 in Boston—and if you have cable like me, it’ll show up somewhere in the 200s.

Every time I tuned into TWC, they never had, you know, actual weather. It was always some lame pseudo-documentary/reality show.

Won't miss them one bit.

At least 40% of the viewership won’t, too.

The "Commercial Channel" is the LAST place I turn to when weather get's nasty.

Plus it's an NBC owned operation now.

Besides, once they got rid of Sharon Resultan, Heather Tesch and Nicole Mitchell...it all seemed so...pointless.

You're right. With Directv, we have it on two channels (361 and 362) now that the WC is gone. But we can also get it on 13.3 of channel 13 here in Lynchburg....I guess with rabbit ears.

We had a tornado warning in my area of Colorado last summer and I put on the Weather Channel to see what was going on while the family was huddled in the basement and the Weather channel was showing A MOVIE!!! WTF!!! So we put on the local news and the emergency alert system gave us updates not TWC

The only good viewing on the WC is Amanda on the Prospectors.

Nah...a touch too slutty for my tastes - now, I could watch that slinky Kyla Grogan slide around the stage for most of the day.
