Rats, no plan to develop a 38 round. This new round is going to kill for sure. They are developing a shotgun round and I have a Remington 870 12 gauge shotgun but it’s heavy for me to use. I will get some of the rounds for the shotgun when they are available as there will likely be a man with me if the SHTF.
Years ago I reloaded some 12ga rounds with cut copper wire about 1/8th in diameter, the amount of damage they did was spooky.
There are already myriad specialty slug rounds for the shotgun. Not sure this one is really necessary for the shotgun, but handguns, yes.
