No, actually, the Crombie coat has a 1960s cut, but the lack of tailoring is appalling. It’s one thing to dress as a tramp (2nd Doctor) or busker (6th Doctor), but that crisp white shirt, completely buttoned yet cravat-less, is a clear indication that this ensemble is meant to be modern fashionable attire. If so, then the shapeless bagginess is deliberate - and ridiculous.
