No such company exists in the business database for the North Carolina Secretary of State.
Is this another Rossi scam? Is Rossi using fictitious companies to make up press releases? Rossi has done this kind of fraud before.
This is the business registration Rossi claimed a few years ago to be building his nuclear reactor, a 5th floor apartment in Miami:

Industrial Heat LLC shows up in Bloomberg as a company in the energy sector doing business in Raleigh, NC. It's Vice President is JT Vaughn who is a Senior Investment analyst at Cherokee Investment Partners, also out of Raleigh. Industrial Heat is a Delaware Corporation, incorporated in 2012. You could be correct it's a rabbit hole, but it is a Delaware Corp.
