It was Bill. She was very upset. It was a memorial service and the last thing she thought of is being assaulted by Clinton. She said Clinton maneuvered her such that they were positioned in front of the bushes for a photo.
She said he started with his arm up high, but in short order he moved it down and squeezed her rear and fondled her. She said she was livid but said that she just couldn't haul off and slap him. She felt helpless.
All of us hearing her recount it were speechless. She said she realized later that he knew exactly what he was doing maneuvering her by the bushes.
Paula Jones testified under oath about that encounter and testified that Bill Clinton had “a small crooked penis.”
That led to the most accurate desciption of Clinton:
