He was pretty good as Truman Capote.

That is the only thing I recall seeing him in except a movie about a movie being produced in a small New England town with a mill. Can’t remember much about it.

PSH was a great actor, truly one of the best.

You can acknowledge capability, like Hoffman, Heath Ledger and River Phoenix, while also decrying their addictions and foolishness.
