I thought that Monstrosity being built in DC near Union Station was waaay too big for its purpose. The "African American 'Culture' Museum..."
Sports thugs, armed criminals, rappers, etc. should fill the place up for the benefit of future generations.
However, it is Chicago, so the deceased robber will still get to vote (possible multiple times) in various future elections.
