It’s not like everybody has C4 laying around their kitchen.
Those vehicles are no different from the basic SWAT truck. A .50 cal will penetrate and rattle around in there like a BB in boxcar. Once the engine is stalled its over. They sit there like a post turtle. They are not Abrams tanks.
