Interesting. I wonder if they have adapted the recipe to account for the changes? The underlying reason for vaccination is still valid.

Important point: it is probably not a coincidence that many people in my area are opting out of the vaccination. My son’s doctor has been tracking the incidences and the numbers of people not getting the vaccination. There are stats although specific information might not be available. Anyway, he seemed pretty convinced.

Also, I wonder if the incidences have increased elsewhere or just in my area. I got the impression that it was localized.

BTW, my doctor is from India. :)

Anyway, I’ll mention this reference to him. Thanks.

It’s the problem of selecting against a particular strain vs. the others out there. When you fight microbes this way you’ll lose. Every time.

Our current programs don’t really control the bugs, they just deselect the strains that we vaccinate with. Eventually the bugs win this strategy. Every time.
