I always try to buy made in America products. But I try to avoid union-made products, just as much as I try to avoid buying products made in Mexico and China.

I always look now to see where something is made too. I started doing this a few years back when I was remodeling my last house. I was frustrated at how few products I could find that were not made in China, especially in faucets.
Finally I ended up buying several Grohe faucets. They are made in Germany. Best faucet I have ever had.
