I agree with James Madison and Antonin Scalia that place of birth is the determining factor.
I don’t think you’re going to find too many Americans living in the 21st century who think that a newborn infant’s parentage should be an automatic disqualifier.

Do you think anchor babies should be allowed to seek the presidency? Especially... after their parents have returned to their native country and they now have conflicting loyalties between two specific countries? As defined by the Constitution.....anchor babies would be Citizens.....but not Natural Born [Article II; Section I].
