I think that its the other way around. All of our presidents have been constitutionally eligible because the first seven presidents (who were born before the adoption of the Constitution) were grandfathered in to natural born citizenship status by Article II, Section 1 and the three presidents who inherited foreign citizenship from their parents through no affirmative action on their part are not and were not prohibited by law from holding office.
As I see it, ethnic heritage isn’t the issue, citizenship by virtue of place of birth is the issue.
