The idea originated with Sheryl Sandberg, the chief operating
officer of facebook. Sounds like she was an overbearing kid who organized the kids around her in a very bossy way and a teacher commented on it and she’s carried around this boohoo moment for the last 30 or so years.
My worry is the kid who is being bossed around will now be in trouble for calling telling the bossy kid to stop being bossy. And the bossy kid will be perpetuated in his or her bossiness by being told what a leader they are.
Let us return to an earlier word:

Kids won’t be able to deal with negativity if they are over protected. Also these are probably the same people who are against bullying, yet for some reason they don’t understand that calling someone bossy is usually not bullying. It’s being bossy that is bullying.

If the word "Bossy" is banned, will her video be in violation of such a ban when she says "I'm not Bossy... I'm the Boss"? If she wants a ban, she should start with herself and stop using that word.
