There’s no reasonable doubt in my mind that LENR is not only real, but potentially a highly useful energy source.
The Levi report published last year about Rossi’s E-Cat was very convincing, and Cherokee Investment Partner’s formation of Industrial Heat to acquire Rossi’s tech is further evidence that upon examination, the E-Cat works well.
I’m looking forward to more news coming up, and seeing LENR put to use in the real world.
But the asshats who worked for government monies lied about the Fleischman experiments, 'Physicists' who were being paid by the energy department assailed the successes as if zero success had been seen, of course proving that they were not in fact practicing actual science but were in fact just agents working a nefarious agenda (Steven Jones comes to mind, and a couple of 'science' reporters). But enough of that.
One disturbing aspect at FR is the way certain posters try to shame anyone who defends the LENR materials. And these same people actually lie openly, lying about what SRI has found in their replications of the Pons and Fleishcman work. That effort to lie for their hidden agenda should tell us something very disturbing about them!

The trick is, how do we translate this developed conclusion over to freepers who have what they THINK is a reasonable doubt but is in reality just a form of bandwagon joining? And not only that, but the mods seem to have succumbed to this kind of fallacious reasoning as well...
Currently, my only dipute over LENR is calling it a nuclear reaction. It may be something else, like a means to tap the quantum vacuum via atomic interactions without nuclear fusion until after energy is tapped and released from the vacuum ... like the palladium ‘snaps up’ the unstable feeder ions.
I’ve been saying all along that it NEVER should have been called a nukular reaction, it should have been called an unexplained chemical reaction.

Rossi said delivery early 2014 for those that ordered in 2013. Only 16 more days till mine arrives.

Pons and Fleischman spent nine years and $40 million dollars on their research.
Results? NOTHING!

Rossi:
Rossi took the criminal route. Rossi had a plan. What Rossi did was obtain phony patents for his waste to oil machines. Rossi’s front end, and cover story was that he had this new magical way to convert waste to oil. There are no court documents or other proof that Rossi ever made any oil from waste. This in a nut shell was Rossi’s plan. Rossi would accept payment from companies at a very good discount, (Rossi charged much less than other legit companies), to dispose of dangerous and hazardous material. Then Rossi would buy places that had the ability to store amounts of material in very large quantities.
Rossi’s latest and last storage place was the purchase of the Omar refinery. Rossi would just store the material at these sites. It is possible Rossi sent some of the material south, see The Thermoelectric Scam of Andrea Rossi – Part 4 & 4b. When one site became full Rossi would just get a new storage site. Rossi had these disposal sites all over, he had many of them. Rossi never legally processed or disposed of any dangerous and hazardous material, all Rossi did was store it, or used disposal methods he thought he could get away with without any trouble.
Rossi’s plan started to fall apart when many of the large tanks holding this dangerous and hazardous material at many of the locations started to leak material. At first this attracted the attention of those people and organizations fighting pollution. But the fight quickly escalated to bring in the media, legal and permitting authorities. The rest is history. Rossi was charged criminally and civilly in many different jurisdictions. Everyone wanted Rossi to pay for the cleanup costs. One thing that backfired on Rossi was the fact that the different jurisdictions started going after the companies that gave the material to Rossi, the jurisdictions used the civil courts to try and obtain reimbursement for the heavy cleanup costs. The authorities decided they were not going to go after the companies for criminal charges, but the jurisdictions claimed the companies were partially responsible to make sure the material was disposed of properly, and they should have to help pay for the cleanup. The civil actions were still ongoing in the Italian courts in late 2010.
To try and escape from this huge burden of $billions for the cleanup costs, Rossi filed bankruptcy. But as with most everything that Rossi has a hand in, this was also done criminally, making false statements and filing false documents with the court, etc. It was the criminal actions relating to the “aggravated fraudulent bankruptcy,” and other related crimes that caused the arrest of Rossi in Rome in May 2000.
