Currently, my only dipute over LENR is calling it a nuclear reaction. It may be something else, like a means to tap the quantum vacuum via atomic interactions without nuclear fusion until after energy is tapped and released from the vacuum ... like the palladium ‘snaps up’ the unstable feeder ions.
I’ve been saying all along that it NEVER should have been called a nukular reaction, it should have been called an unexplained chemical reaction.
