Update....MONDAY March 24 ......modem recycling,....
Customer service says theres a new ongoing problem in “the area”
service will be restored by 2 AM although I’m obviously on at present.
3 out of the last four days....there have been outages.
I find this highly unprofessional for some reason
Verizon VIOS switched 4 years ago VERY HAPPY, all one bill land line,
cells phones, Internet and TV’s great service ALWAYS!!!!
If they’re doing maintenance I wouldn’t worry too much, it’s actually a good thing and will save you headaches down the road
