I was just coming home from the store, and the wealthy people up the hill from me had put out a beautiful leather sectional, and a brand new/covered in the store plastic queen sized mattress and box springs.

I had to laugh as their throw away pile is better than my "good" stuff. If I would've had a strong man & a flatbed...

I am at break point on the WH job again. New one is up one the riser undamaged, old one out the door. I am tired, tired. All this after a day of hunnydoos yesterday. All that remains is to connect the water and gas lines and fire it up.

I forgot to mention yesterday that about 100 or so of my wife’s zennias popped up, about 500 or so more to come, hopefully.

We are starting to see some green one some of the ferns and other greenery in the front beds that were hard hit by the ice storm. On her containers out back, only green coming back on about 15-20% of them. We are not going to throw anything out for a few months, My meyers lemon took almost 1 1/2 years before life came up from the dead plant.
