Could be. I would trim off leaves from the bottom, and bury more of the stem if it was me.

You are correct. Deep solves most tomato issues.

However, when the first small blossoms appeared, I thought it would be better to snip them instead of bottom leaves. I'm not sure blossoms are a good idea in our little greenhouse. Snipping seems to have stimulated more flowers.
Transition from inside to out is at hand !
