When W Bush ran against Kerry, Bruce Springsteen was giving the left some heavy duty “politicin’” support. Alice Cooper came out in an interview when asked about Springsteen (I think they were hoping he’d agree) and he said something like, “anyone who listens to a musician about political views is a bigger idiot than the musician!”
So, Alice Cooper was acknowledging the risk that a lot of voters are idiot enough to be influence by pop culture, as we often observe here on FR!
