OK I am watching Maria Bartiromo on Fox News Channel this morning.
No opinion yet on what I think of this show.

I totally agree.
I’m quite sure he’s still going to do his radio show—and be a contributor to CNBC.
I can’t watch her, talks like she has a box of marbles in her mouth. I miss Varney and Co. at the Opening Bell.
Hey! don’t we have rules around here? How are those of us sitting at our computers who would need to do a lean-forward, a get-up and a walk-to in order to see what she looks like, supposed to see what she looks like?
Miss Stuart Varney. That was my favorite news show—perfect mix of politics and business news. Maria’s show is too New York centered and is boring.
Sounds like you would have enjoyed her old sound-bites show that she apparently left CNBC to avoid:
It’s sad that in 2014 even a woman who was attractive enough to be known as the Money Honey becomes a target of disparaging comments on her looks by age 46.
Then why start a thread?
Unfamiliar with how people are hardwired I see.
Freepers are just hardwired to be rude?
Liked the show. She adds to fox news lineup.
Comments seemed focused plus fox has enough cute blondes.
More professionals, less celebreties is a good thing
I think anything about Fox News is an issue worth discussing on this board.
And I like Maria.
We have to discuss things. This seemed like a good topic.
I like her on the weekdays. Her interviews are longer and she seems to give the guests time to answer. Most other shows hurry up for the sound bite without ever asking why they see things that way.
re her first two guests, I might as well have been watching CNN. I changed stations after Larry Summers’ BS.
News: Flight MH370 is still missing.
Her voice is grating and she’s kind of obnoxious.
Very annoying.
I don’t like her regular Opening Bell show. The “Varney & Company” subject matter was wrapped around the event of the opening bell. He had a staff of reporters who discussed the events of the morning and how they affect the market. She has interviews that are meant to impress us, and merely notes in passing that a bell rang somewhere. Maybe she thinks an Angel got their wings?
Her show would would be great at 10-11 AM, but the wall-to-wall CEO/CFO/COO interviews at opening bell are like having a Morning Drive show on the radio without any traffic reports.
LOL! No, thickheaded, as your posts confirms.
You just have to watch the show. I don’t have any pics! :-)
