These things should be FDA regulated and subject to the same controls as other medical devices.

I don't see in Art. 1 Section 8 where congress is authorized to make laws concerning medical devices.

That police power, like most police powers, belong to the States.

Are you sure you are at the right site? This is a conservative site for a constitutional, limited government.

The Nanny State sites are elsewhere.
