Godzilla needs to be a guy in a rubber suit. If someone can’t understand that, no amount of explanation will help. As if the last CGI abomination with Ferris Bueller wasn’t a screaming example of this.

Pacific Rim showed the genre can be done well with CGI.
On the other hand, there should be more slow motion than that had.
