That's good shooting for a dear rifle but it will not hold it's mud out to 800 to 1000 meters. Try 168gr.Match King and a 24in. bull barrel button rifling 10x1 right hand. Add McMillan stock-Master trigger-Niteforce mildot 20 and 12 weeks at USMC sniper school.

Im working on the specs for my new barrel, but cant justify it until I find the limits of the one I have.

Does the 10x1 rifling maintain stability with a larger bullet? I cant see shooting anything bigger than what I have now Swift Scirocco II 165gr . A few have recommended 10x1 but most advice is to go with 14x1 rifling.

24" bull with a real scary looking flash hider. Would love to hang out at the sniper school for a few weeks, but I'm getting too old for that.

I'll have to rely on treachery where my skill lacks.
