#1) Doctors accepting fee for services are denied admitting privileges at hospitals. The hospitals load the board of directors with people who take payouts from the insurance companies to enrich themselves and grow the hospital.

#2) As in the proposed Hillarycare legislation of 1996, accepting fee for service would be illegal, subject to felony charges and license revocation.
