I prefer the hammerless pistol.
Guess I should add this particular reason for liking no hammer.
Just when you think it is ‘safe’ to go back in the water-OUCH.... getting it ‘seated’ and then have to deal with the hammer....
One thing if it is ‘yours’ BUT if someone else is placing it in ‘storage’, the difficulty rises.
Not to mention the problems that occur if you find out someone else has been using your gun.
