Tell the a$$hole to put on a tie. Cinch it up real tight. Problem solved.

” - - and is worried that the tattoo would have a negative impact at the trial. - - “

Well, lemme see now, -—— ?

If the word “worried” is replaced with the word “scared” then it is easier to say That Killer Jeffy is “yellow.”

Hence, all yuh gotta do is tie a yellow ribbon ‘round his tattooed neck, thus saving the cost difference between a yellow ribbon and a long stint at a de-tattoo shop.

Under Kansas law, tattoo artists are only allowed to practise in licensed facilities, which also rules out a professional coming to visit Chapman in jail where he is currently held in custody.

Gee, now isn't that just a crying shame.

As someone who knows nothing about the law, I saw the DA should object because it points to intent.

Dermablend can do the same job. His family (not taxpayers) can buy it anywhere.

I can ‘see’ in his eyes that he is not really wrapped all that tight.

The tattoo is just an added downer.

Why not let a biker gang help him - You know, using the method(s) they use when someone gets kicked out of the club or wants to leave....

“Sure you can leave.
Let me retrieve ‘our’ jacket and colors AND
any ink you may have that connects you to us”.
