I eaten this many times but hate to admit than I have never made it.
I’m not sure about sugar-free. I would mix a small amt of cream cheese, cool whip and Splenda and chill to see if it sets up.
BTW ... it is wonderful. I got the recipe from a friend who always brought it to spring time gathering.
I’m thankful that strawberries are ripe; I may try it next week.

Those beautiful Strawberries look sweet enough to compensate for the lack of sugar. Splenda might work too! :-)
