Only reason Heller might not be dead... No silent countdown. Well, this, and the fact that the "kill shot" explosion was only shown on the screen mommy dearest was looking at....

I say odds are 50-50 that towards the end of the next episode, Heller will be shown as faking his own execution...

It is odd that one of the major characters on the show--going back nine years--didn't get a silent clock. Especially with such a dramatic exit.
