Don't know - a Google search turned up a Wikipedia entry:

Bacchiochi is a fiscal conservative and has offered a viable “No Tax Increase Budget” each year since 2007. Regarding other conservative stances, Bacchiochi is a member of the National Rifle Association, and voted against the state contracting reform legislation put forth by Democrats. She continues to support a no-tax-increase state budget plans and has cosponsored legislation to make English the official language of Connecticut.

Probably nobody really know, and many will have divergent ideas depending on their "key issue" hot spots. IOW, figure it out for yourself - on the FR forum she will walk on water, be a leftists plant, and anything in between.

I’ve talked with Penny. She has my vote. She has very definite ideas about how to make the most of an otherwise functionary position, Lt. Governor. She will have a positive impact on the economic future of this state. She runs her own real estate management company. She understands the plight of business in this state. The other things said in the post are correct. She essentially grew up as a “country girl” in CT.

That said, there is another woman running for Lt. Gov., Heather Somers(?) who would also do an excellent job. Former Mayor of New London, also a businesswomman.

Then, if it could not get stranger, we have David Walker, former U.S. Comptroller under Bush II also running for Lt. Gov. It makes you wonder if somebody knows something.

Anyway, there is a good range of outstanding CT candidates. Haven’t seen a line up like this in a long long time.
