Let’s admit it both Bushes and Clinton did more than their share.
Reagan chose as his running mate Bush I, who is the defacto choice for the Republican ticket after the President terms out if he so chooses. Does that leave Reagan as an accomplice?

Oh, trust me, I have often said picking Bush was the worst mistake Reagan ever made. It's sad. Bush undid Reagan's work in four years, then happily tossed it to Clinton to finish the work.
Reagan didn't do it on purpose, but it was a terrible mistake.
