Conecuh is a good, smoked sausage, just-right spicy, local to Alabama and available in this area nearby. Its great on the grill brushed with BBQ sauce near the end of charring it just a bit. I would be glad to ship you some if you ever wanted it.
Thanks, I'll let you know. I've heard it mentioned on the bbq boards. I really want Hot Guts and will be ordering a few at some point.
Whats Dark and Stormys? Sounds strong! :-)
It's the drink of Bermuda. Ginger beer (ale) and dark rum. Barretts is the maker of ginger beer on island- it's sweeter with less ginger bite than most ginger ales. I love it. The original recipe is 1.5oz to 6oz of gb but I might be favoring 2oz. So it's a solid drink. Goes down very easy on a warm day.
Do you marinate your steaks? Have you ever soaked your steaks overnight in pineapple juice? Its wonderful and has a tenderizing effect, the longer you soak them.
Usually not. Never heard of pineapple juice and beef.

I missed a lot of Dragnet, because I was in and out of the laundry room and couldn’t hear it, so I don’t know either.
Sometime you should try soaking your beef steaks in pineapple juice. It’s makes a very, very good flavor of the meat. I soak them overnight or longer. Pineapple has a natural tenderizer, bromelain, and it works nicely on the meat the longer you soak it.
The Dark and Stormy sounds like it is only for the strong! :-)
