The reality is that as neo capitalist Russia and China grow economically, they are becoming sustainable world powers.They can and do act independently and are having less and less concern how their actions are perceived by the West. The West has far less power today than it once did to assert its will or have a definitive influence. Gatherings of the Trilateral commission, meetings such as Bildenberg are having much less significance.
