After seeing the stalking behavior of the animal, combined with the injury it had inflicted on that child, that animal had no business being kept as a pet. Frankly, the only useful place for that dog was locked up inside a fenced in junkyard at night. That or maybe as a special "service animal" to "befriend" the Muslim terrorists held in Gitmo.
