I mix my peppermint and lemon balm, after drying, half and half for tea. I send mist down to my daughter. My oldest grandson likes it hot in the winter and iced in the summer. The blend is minty with a lemon twist flavor.

So far I've put a couple of Lemon balm leafs in with Orange Pekoe Tea when brewing...It's good that way.

That’s a combo that I really like in the summer. I usually use lemon zinger and mint tea that I have purchased from the grocery, but I am thinking about growing some in pots indoors for this next winter.
