I hate the Houston traffic, but have been in far worse. L.A. is definitely the worst I’ve seen.

Were you in Houston back in the 80’s when the price of oil dropped so low? During that time there was no traffic, I mean really NO TRAFFIC!

So since then heavy traffic means a good business climate to me. I can stand it.
