Noticed DC dropped relatively. Perhaps completing the Springfield Spaghetti Bowl and the HOV/HOT lanes on parts of the Beltway in VA are helping too.
The DC corridor is moving faster. I can travel from the Warrenton exit to DC at 40 to 45mph during rush hour.
Seriously, it has improved.
