Same here when I visited. the news footage, or military footage that showed in the museum there..Our guys just getting mowed down. It was horrific.

I think I heard on the history channel that there were 12 million serving during the war. After the war was over, there were some 1 million who stayed in service.

It blows the mind to think of it all.
