We have one and she’s a holy terror. The pitbull next door gets out once in awhile and approaches our gate fot a treat. Coco charges the gate and the Pitty drops and gives her 10. :-)
Sounds about right. The pibbles I’ve seen are all mush...the chis are all nasty tempered little gits.
Still...it doesn’t take force to deter something the size of a chi. It’s so small you have many ways to deal with it that don’t require any harm.
