This industrious Mexican businessman emigrated over 30 years ago AND STILL NEEDED A TRANSLATOR FOR THE NPR RADIO INTERVIEW! This is the PROBLEM - there is no motivation to acculturate - especially in large Sunbelt cities or even Chicago, which is now 31% Hispanic. Let's offer visas to aspirants that speak English, want to adopt American values and have money to start businesses.
