I'd suggest contacting larger metro libraries as they tend to get rid of lots of books to make way on the shelves for newer publications.

For anyone mailing books, make sure to get media rates since they are much lower than standard postage.

Tuttle, Oklahoma is in Grady County, where there seems to be a regional library and a few branches. Tuttle should ask for guidance in setting up their library and a formal request to be added on as a new branch, when public money allows.
