That juicer looks terribly....
manual. Yes, I have lived without 'lektrikity, but for juicing a bunch of tomatoes, a powered juicer sure does help.
And a minor correction.. You have successfully canned only when the jar has been on the shelf for a month, you feed it to a kid, and the kid lives. ;)
