So would you share you secrets for the spinach. What is the name of the seeds, where did you get them, and what sort of soil and growing conditions? Thanks

Spousal unit did the planting, then left to hike the Camino de Santiago ... all 500 miles. I’ve just been tending things. I’ll ask her though and get back to you.

We use 5’ X 12’ raised beds filled with Glacier Gold compost. Wife mixed in some Llama poop several years ago, from a neighbor’s llamas. I don’t recommend it, breaks down very slowly, but it probably hasn’t hurt. Put some Moo Poo in year before last.

I did plant the beets, pumpkin, tomatoes, beans and peas because it was too cold for them before she left.
