Of course not: what he did was a satanic crime deserving of hell. But it is not God's will that any be lost; nor is it beyond God's power to have mercy on the repentant:

1 Timothy 2:3-5

This is good, and pleases God our Savior,
who wants all people to be saved
and to come to a knowledge of the truth.
For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus.

This is God's will. Many of us are in the habit of praying that God's will be done.
