I know from experience. You just cannot tell people who are afraid of spiders that they are necessary creatures. They don’t hear a word you say. Spider consumes their mind until they are convinced the spider is gone and not just gone away, but completely annihilated.
Arachnophobia is a bad phobias. Like the fear of snakes, it makes people run into trees. But some of the sufferers still love watching those ridiculous Syfy original spider movies.
Spiders like me. If there are fifty people in the room, and fifty spiders, all fifty spiders will bite me, and no one else. I don’t know why. I don’t care why. Just kill them.
My wife and daughter want me to kill them when they find them but I just pick them up and put them outside. It drives my wife crazy that I do that.

I’m scared to death of bugs. You can tell me all day long that they can’t harm me, but that doesn’t matter. I’m going to be flooded with adrenaline and a desire to flee when I come across one.
Snakes and mice are no problem, though...love ‘em.
