Dolly Parton is Miley Cyrus’ godmother. I think Dolly needs to have a talk with that girl.
I just read something yesterday where Dolly seems to wholeheartedly support Miley’s antics. One of those things that reminded me that every once in awhile, Dolly just says something weird. Said no one would allow Miley to grow up if she didn’t act that way.
