We run a small business as well and can’t afford the time, IT charges, and loss of revenue a computer problem would cause.
We’re not techies. We just want to start the computer and have it work flawlessly without tweaking or tinkering. We’ve been satisfied. I don’t understand why some people are so hostile to that concept.

Look at how much of the rabid opposition are people in IT that make their daily bread off of keeping MS patched and virus protected.
