Actually “Earnie and Bert” “Sesame Street” and all others from Sesame Street are owned by the Children’s Television Workshop and are under copyright laws. I would have used that excuse.

I know Disney will sure sue if someone uses their characters with out permission.

Why do it the weasel way when the leftists will still try to attack religious beliefs on that same basis but in a different way?

yes, it is undercopyright and I believe Disney has sued people for using their charactors without their permission.

I would have used that excuse.

But then what if they said, "Okay, just put the message without the Sesame Street characters"? Christians shouldn't have to come up with excuses for not baking these "gay" cakes. They should be able to say "no" for whatever reason.
