I’ve read that calcium takes care of the end rot on tomatoes. I don’t know if it will help this far into the season; maybe something to keep in mind for next year.

A single calcium citrate tablet near the stem cures blossom end rot in days, as soon as the tablet is softened with water and calcium begins to meander down to the roots.
