It’s obvious with the Hungary El Salvador game, we are talking about a team of much lesser caliber vs. Brazil though when Spain defeated Bulgaria 6-1, you could make a case Bulgaria were the semi-finalists in 1994.
This has been a very good tournament with a few glaring weaknesses such as how Brazil was treated and might not have even gotten out of their initial group stage without a few breaks. It was a great goal by David Luiz vs. Colombia, one of the best of the tournament.
I post this story because it seems this fellow may have been heading for Brazil, we hear all of those stories, so and so drove from San Francisco to Rio De Janeiro.
