Yes, it is, but it's also recommended to also starve out the Candida a little, or a lot, which means cutting back for a time on the simple carbs, e.g. soda, cakes, breads white flower stuff generally.
Candida albicans originally means "glowing white" and waaay more people have it than they suspect.
You can also combine the Bentonite water with a spoon of psyllium husk powder --that stuff is great!
The key is to make a habit of hitting it, a little at a time, just keep chipping away at it and don't feed it the foods it really needs.
Starve it, bind it, flush it.
